• No H1B Quota: Australians are exempt from the H1B Visa cap, which reduces competition
and streamlines the application process for the E3 Visa.
• Temporary Work Permit: The E3 Visa functions as a temporary work permit that can be
renewed indefinitely, provided that the U.S. employer continues to sponsor you.
• Eligibility: Only Australian citizens are eligible for the E3 Visa; permanent residents of the
U.S. do not qualify.
• Dependent Visa: Spouses and children of E3 Visa holders can accompany them on an E3D
